1.1 This policy is issued by CleanRoutePro Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17283328, whose registered office is at 66 Paul Street, Hackney, London, EC2A 4NA, England.
1.2 CleanRoutePro Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Martin Lacey is the registered and certified person in charge of GDPR data control at CleanRoutePro, and can be contacted using the details in clause 10.
2.1 This policy explains what happens to your own information as a Founder Member — the person or business who has joined the CleanRoutePro Founder Member Programme, and people who sign up to see our demos (see section 11).
3.1 At sign-up: your name, email address, phone number, and business name (if applicable), collected via Stripe at the point you pay your Founder Member fee.
3.2 Ongoing: we use this same email address to send you the updates described in clause 4.
3.3 Once the Platform exists: your account and login details, and basic usage information such as when you log in.
4.1 To set up and manage your Founder Member record, including confirming your chosen Level and that your payment has gone through.
4.2 To send you updates on the Platform's development — for example, progress on the Android and iOS apps, and expected launch timing.
4.3 To honour the Founder Member Terms and Conditions.
5.1 At the time of writing, CleanRoutePro has not yet built its own platform or database. Your information is therefore held by Stripe, as part of their standard checkout process.
5.2 Once CleanRoutePro's own platform is built, your information will be transferred into CleanRoutePro's own secure database, and this policy will be updated to reflect that.
5.3 CleanRoutePro never holds your card or payment details itself — these are always held by Stripe directly.
6.1 Stripe holds your information directly, as our payment processor.
6.2 We do not share your information with Tide at this stage.
6.3 We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your information with anyone else, including advertisers or data brokers.
7.1 We keep your information for as long as you remain a Founder Member, and for a reasonable period afterwards where we are required to by law.
8.1 Under UK data protection law, you have the right to: access the information we hold about you; have inaccurate information corrected; ask us to delete your information; restrict or object to how we use it; and receive your information in a portable format.
8.2 If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
9.1 CleanRoutePro's target markets include the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the European Union, in addition to the UK. If your information is ever transferred outside the UK, we will ensure this is done in line with UK data protection law.
10.1 We may update this policy as the Platform is built and launched. If we make a significant change, we will let you know by email.
10.2 If you have any questions about this policy, please contact us at hello@cleanroutepro.net.
11.1 Who we are. CleanRoutePro Ltd (company number 17283328), 66 Paul Street, Hackney, London, EC2A 4NA, is the controller of this data. Contact: hello@cleanroutepro.net.
11.2 What we collect. Name, business name, email, whether you agreed to marketing emails, and the date and time of that choice. The town entered in the weather demo is only used to fetch a forecast and is not stored.
11.3 Why and lawful basis.
11.4 Who we share it with. Brevo stores sign-ups and sends our emails; Render hosts this website. They act only on our instructions. We do not sell your data.
11.5 Transfers outside the UK. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we make sure the safeguards required by UK data protection law are in place.
11.6 How long we keep it. If you did not agree to marketing, we delete your details 12 months after sign-up; if you did, until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Unsubscribed emails are kept on a do-not-contact list.
11.7 Your rights. You can see, correct or delete your data, object, or withdraw consent by emailing hello@cleanroutepro.net or using the unsubscribe link in any email. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
