1.1 These terms are between CleanRoutePro Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17283328, whose registered office is at 66 Paul Street, Hackney, London, EC2A 4NA, England (“CleanRoutePro”, “we”, “us”), and the individual or business entering the Founder Member Programme (“you”, the “Founder Member”).
1.2 CleanRoutePro is building a software platform for exterior cleaning businesses (the “Platform”). At the time these terms are offered to you, the Platform has not yet launched publicly.
1.3 By paying the Founder Member fee and ticking the box confirming you accept these terms, you agree to be bound by them.
2.1 “the Programme” means the CleanRoutePro Founder Member Programme described in these terms.
2.2 “Founder Price” means the discounted annual fee you pay under clause 5.
2.3 “Level” means the subscription tier (currently Growth, Established, or Enterprise) you have chosen.
2.4 “Launch” means the date CleanRoutePro makes the Platform available for public sign-up.
2.5 “Target Launch Date” means 3rd April 2027, the date by which CleanRoutePro currently intends to achieve Launch.
3.1 The Programme is limited to 200 places in total. This is a one-time offer: once it has closed under clause 11, it will never be reopened or repeated under any name.
3.2 All 200 Founder Members receive identical terms.
3.3 Places in the Programme are only available before Launch.
4.1 You may join the Programme by selecting a Level, agreeing to these terms, and paying the Founder Price for that Level in advance.
4.2 You must pay by the annual billing method described in clause 5. There is no monthly payment option for Founder Members.
5.1 You will pay 25% less than the standard advertised annual price for your chosen Level, as set out below:

5.2 All figures above are shown exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at the applicable rate at the time of payment.
5.3 Provided you remain on the same Level, your Founder Price will never increase, for as long as you remain a Founder Member.
5.4 All fees are payable annually, in advance.
6.1 If you move to a different Level, your Founder Price is recalculated at that point: 25% less than the standard advertised annual price for the new Level at the date you switch.
6.2 That newly calculated price then becomes your fixed Founder Price for the new Level, protected in the same way as clause 5.3, until you switch Level again.
7.1 Each successful referral (a person you refer who completes a full paid annual subscription) earns a reward for both you and the person you referred: (a) you receive one additional free month, applied as a credit against your own next annual renewal fee; (b) the person you referred also receives one additional free month, applied as a credit against their own next annual renewal fee.
7.2 These credits accumulate, do not expire, and may be used continuously across more than one year.
7.3 Once your banked credits are used up, you return to paying your Founder Price under clause 5 or 6. If you make further successful referrals afterward, the same process repeats.
8.1 You may cancel within 14 days of payment for any reason, and will receive a full refund.
8.2 The rest of this clause 8 only applies once the Platform has achieved Launch. Your 12-month year for the purposes of this clause begins on the date of Launch, not the date you paid.
8.3 After the 14-day period, and once the Platform has achieved Launch, you may still cancel at any time. Your refund is calculated by how many months have passed since Launch: month 1 = 10 months refunded; month 2 = 9; month 3 = 8; month 4 = 7; month 5 = 6; month 6 = 5; month 7 = 4; month 8 = 3; month 9 = 2; month 10 = 1; month 11 = 0 (you keep the earned free month); month 12 = 0.
8.4 A clear, easy-to-find way to cancel will always be available to you, on every page where payment is taken.
9.1 If the Platform has not achieved Launch within 60 days after the Target Launch Date, you may request a full refund of your Founder Member fee at any time from that point onward.
9.2 This right exists in addition to, and does not replace, your other cancellation rights under clause 8.
10.1 If you cancel and later want to rejoin, you will not keep or regain your Founder Price or Founder status, unless the Programme is still open (see clause 11) at the time you rejoin.
10.2 Once the Programme has closed under clause 11, a Founder Member who has cancelled cannot have their Founder status or Founder Price reinstated under any circumstances.
11.1 The Programme closes permanently on whichever of the following happens first, and on no other basis: (a) the 200th Founder Member place has been confirmed and paid for; or (b) the Platform launches publicly.
11.2 There is no date-based deadline for the Programme. Once closed, the Programme will never be reopened.
12.1 Founder Member status, and the Founder Price associated with it, belongs only to your own account. It cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold to any other person, business, or account, for any reason — including through CleanRoutePro's own Exchange marketplace.
13.1 In addition to the benefits above, as a Founder Member you will receive a physical certificate and a permanent gold emblem displayed on your dashboard.
14.1 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
14.2 If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in full effect.
14.3 These terms, together with CleanRoutePro's main Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and CleanRoutePro regarding the Programme.
