Everyone on P2P is a CleanRoutePro subscriber who has passed the same security checks. That helps keep dishonest people out, but no system can guarantee it. These simple steps keep you, your money, your customers and your business safe.
Everywhere on CleanRoutePro
- Keep all conversations and agreements on CleanRoutePro. If you take a job off the platform, you lose its protections.
- Check who you’re dealing with: how long they’ve been a member, their subscription level and their feedback.
- Never share your password or sign-in codes with anyone. CleanRoutePro staff will never ask for them.
- If something doesn’t feel right, stop and report it to hello@cleanroutepro.net.
Posting a job
- Only give the general area. Never put your customer’s name, address, contact details or exact location in a post, or your own contact details.
- List every tool, piece of equipment and compliance document the job needs, so the helper knows exactly what to bring.
- Price the job fairly, including the cost of any compliance documents.
- Check the helper’s feedback before the job goes ahead.
- Check the completion photos before you pay, and pay through the P2P dashboard.
Grabbing a job
- Only grab a job if you have the tools, equipment and documents it needs.
- Make sure your public liability insurance and compliance documents are valid before you start.
- Job details are only shown once a job is grabbed and confirmed. Never share customer details outside CleanRoutePro, and never approach the poster’s customer to offer your own services.
- Agree the fee on the platform before you start.
- Send all 3 completion photos through the platform when the job is done.
- If you can no longer do a job, tell the poster through the platform straight away.
When the job is done
- The poster pays the helper through the P2P dashboard once they’re happy with the completion photos.
- If something isn’t right, raise a complaint through the P2P dashboard within 7 days of the completion photos.
- Leave honest feedback once the job is done and paid.
